On September 6th, Noematri announced  a hundreds of million Series Seed and Pre-A funding round. Noematri was strategically incubated by Flexiv, a group that has been deeply involved in the field of general intelligent robots for nearly a decade. Previously, ZhenFund participated in Flexiv's Series A funding round.

Founded in November 2023, Noematri is dedicated to researching and developing embodied intelligent systems and their related tools and platforms. Adhering to the business strategy of "technology-driven, product-first," and closely aligning with the market demand for intelligent agents, Noematri has released its self-developed Noematri Brain. Designed with "versatility" and "intelligence" as its core, this system provides a comprehensive set of hardware and software-integrated platforms and tools, covering the entire lifecycle of intelligent agent applications from research and development, testing to deployment and validation.

Cewu Lu, the co-founder of Noematri, completed his postdoctoral studies at the Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory under the guidance of Professor Fei-Fei Li and Professor Leo Guibas (a member of the National Academy of Engineering). Currently serving as a professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University, Cewu Lu is one of the earliest scholars in China to research the field of embodied intelligence and received THE XPLORER PRIZE in 2023 for his outstanding contributions.
